SIZING
What size should I order?
Kaikiki swimwear is designed to be as adjustable and curve hugging as possible. Size up for a roomier fit, and size down for a more snug fit. Most of our clothing and beachwear is one size. More details on sizing are described in each individual product description. See our generic size chart and international conversions below.
Do you do custom orders or sizing?
Our fabrics are sourced locally and in small, limited batches. Once a fabric sells out, it is gone. Custom sizing is only possible if Kaikiki still has enough inventory of the desired material. Custom orders and designs are offered only in very specific, pre-arranged cases. However, we will try to accommodate requests, especially if we do not currently carry your size. SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
- United States Standard Shipping takes 2-7 business days and costs $7.
- US customers: Use code USFREESHIP to get free shipping on orders over $100.
- We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada, and the UK. International Shipping takes 3-10 business days. Costs will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders will be prepared within 1-2 business days of order placement. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery in the US, and 3-10 business days internationally. Once the parcel has been marked 'delivered', Kaikiki is not responsible for any theft or damage.
How do I track my purchase?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
Can I pick up my order in person?
If you have personally prearranged to pick up an order at our headquarters, we can send you a custom coupon code to do free local pickup.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Kaikiki does not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges for store credit only. We want your bikini to fit you perfectly! In order to do an exchange, email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your order to notify us of your exchange. You will then be given instructions on how to send back your items. The customer must pay for all return shipping costs.
ORDERS
What if a piece I want is sold out?
If a piece you want is sold out, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to restock that item for you as soon as possible. However, our fabric is sourced in limited quantities. Once a fabric runs out, it can no longer be restocked, so get it while you can! If something you loved is gone, that means we are currently creating new pieces in other unique prints that you are sure to love! Keep checking back on our website and Instagram for restocks in new prints.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
